These terms explain the use of the Motel Angel website. Please use the site respectfully and lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse other people’s information, or use the site to infringe their rights.
Products and presentation
We aim to describe products accurately. Images illustrate the products, and colors may appear differently depending on your screen and its settings. Please read the description and select the appropriate available size, color or phone model before adding an item to your bag. Contact hello@motelangel.com if you need clarification.
Prices, availability and orders
Checkout is currently disabled. Saving an item in your bag does not place an order, take a payment, or reserve stock. Prices and available variants may change; your bag is checked against the current catalog.
When ordering becomes available, you will be able to review the items, currency, prices and any delivery charges before placing an order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover an error affecting it, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. A confirmed order’s price will not be changed without your agreement.
Returns and privacy
Our Shipping & Returns policy explains return requests, refunds and problems with items. Our Privacy notice explains the current site’s information practices. These terms do not restrict your applicable statutory rights.
Content and external sites
Photographs, artwork, logos, text and other content belong to their respective owners. Viewing the site does not give permission to reproduce or commercially use that content without the relevant owner’s permission, except where allowed by law.
Links to external sites, including Instagram, take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Please review those services’ notices when you visit them.
Updates and contact
Updates to these terms will be dated on this page and apply going forward; they do not retrospectively change a confirmed order or remove your existing rights. For questions, email hello@motelangel.com.
