Ordering and checkout are currently unavailable. You can browse the collection and save items in your bag, but no payment is taken and no order is submitted.
Products are made to order and shipped by our Printify production partners. We are preparing U.S. Standard shipping based on supplier rates. Shipping availability, the final cost and applicable delivery estimates will be shown before payment when checkout opens.
Our planned launch shipping area is the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses are not included at launch.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will let you know, provide updated information where available, and explain any applicable cancellation or refund options. If a delivery is late or missing, contact us so we can help investigate and resolve it. Your applicable statutory rights remain unchanged.

Production and delivery estimates
According to Printify’s production guidance, most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Production happens before shipping and is separate from transit time.
Standard US shipping generally takes 2–5 business days for most print providers, after production. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; availability, order size, seasonal demand and destination can affect timing.
Briefs made by ArtsAdd have an estimated Standard transit time of 5–15 business days, separate from production. ArtsAdd notes an additional 7–12 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories; these destinations are outside our planned launch shipping area. Shipping availability and applicable delivery estimates will be supplied before payment.
Holiday shipping surcharge
As described in Printify’s 2026 holiday notice, a USD 0.40 seasonal shipping surcharge applies once per U.S. order from October 15, 2026 through January 17, 2027, including orders shipped by multiple providers.
It is additional to the base rates shown, and applies per order—not per item or parcel.
Requesting a return
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items returned under this voluntary return policy must be unworn and unused.
To start a return, email hello@motelangel.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Returns are sent by mail; please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges under this voluntary return policy.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five business days after receipt and inspection. Bank posting time is separate: the time it takes for a refund to appear varies according to your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items
Please email hello@motelangel.com promptly with your order details and a description of the issue. Include photos where relevant to help us understand what happened.
The unworn and unused condition does not restrict legitimate remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items. Neither that condition nor the 14-day voluntary return window limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
